Our Transaction Process

Three steps from signed PSA to closing.

We sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the seller as the named buyer, acting on our own account — not as a real estate broker or agent.

We assign the signed contract to a builder buyer, or arrange a back-to-back closing with one. The end buyer closes on the deed.

A Florida-licensed title company handles the deed transfer and disburses funds to the seller per the terms of the contract.
